Bakerzin Pondok Indah Mall 2

I visited this restaurant a few hours ago with my whole family (a table of 10). We ordered a lot of dishes, but the ones I remember are: Seared Salmon Salad, Earthy Mushroom Soup, Chicken Drum Roll, Steak Platter, Our Classic Salmon, The B.O.S, Grilled Ribs Kecombrang Rice, Beef Truffle Linguine, Creme Brulee, Duck Confit, and The Kecombrang. For the taste, I managed to try a few dishes: - Beef Truffle Linguine: It took quite a long time to serve, and I didn’t know it was meant to be served cold. Fortunately, the staff offered to reheat it, so that was fair. - Duck Confit: This took way too long to serve. The taste was average, and the portion of rice was way too much. Considering the price, I didn’t feel it was worth it. - Steak Platter: This tasted good and the meat was much better than the Beef Truffle Linguine in terms of flavor. - Grilled Ribs Kecombrang: A major disappointment as there was barely any meat on the ribs. The service was fine; the waiters and waitresses were polite and friendly enough. The ambience was good but, as expected in the middle of a mall, it was quite crowded and noisy. Overall, while the atmosphere and service were decent, the food experience was inconsistent. Some dishes were good, but the long wait times and the value for the price made it feel underwhelming.

The Gem Creme brûlée is pretty good! Also love the pizza, the bread is crunchy instead of chewy and the taste is light. The place is bright and comfortable. Can be a bit busy during weekends. Service is great, no complaints here.

The Crown Pastry was delicious! The bread was flaky and airy, the chocolate sauce was not too sweet and overwhelming. Fried Chicken Ice Cream: Presentation 100 Taste 70 It looked like a real fried chicken!! Combination of vanilla ice cream, corn flakes coat, and strawberry sauces. Taste wise, just regular vanilla ice cream hehe

I ordered Nachos and Lava Cake (called Signature Chocolate Cake). Nachos is mayo-heavy, which is not my cup of tea. Lava Cake is good, though the portion is too small. Service and atmosphere are excellent, will definitely return

Nice place, healthy food, everything looks fresh and served nicely but on my taste “Thai chicken salad” had too much dressing with mint flavor. From prawn soup I expected it to be sweet with creamy structure, but taste was different. Green smoothie “Hulk” was perfect. My choice of food today was only 4*, but I will come back again to try other dishes as menu looks very attractive.

I always love Bakerzin, they have lots various of pastries, cake and until heavy foods. Lots of selected beverages too. This outlet located inside PIM 2, and I came there to enjoy their viral Giant Croissant together with the Giant Coffee. Nice things to try and tasted.

If you don't mind the carbs, Bakerzin has one of the most sinful desserts I've seen - a chocolate filled croissant topped by a melted giant chocolate chip cookie. Pastas, fried rices etc. all better than functional.
